If you wish to return a defective, damaged, unwanted, or incorrect product, simply follow the instructions below.

Cancel or Modify Your Order
You can cancel or modify your purchase order by logging into your account or by contacting us at 01034550009.

Changed Your Mind? Return It.
If you decide that you no longer want the product, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without any issues.
The product must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging with the seal intact, and must not have been opened, used, installed, damaged, or altered in any way.

• Kindly provide your order reference number and inform us of a suitable date and address for our courier to collect the product(s).
• We will provide you with a Return Reference Number, which must be included when returning the product(s).
You may also return your product at our stores. Please contact us at 01034550009 to initiate the in-store return process.

What if I Don’t Have All the Packaging?
If the returned product is not in a fully resaleable condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the product refund.

Something Is Wrong with My Order
Please notify us of any products received damaged or missing from your order within 3 days of delivery.

When Submitting a Return Request, Please Note the Following:
• If you receive a damaged product that is part of a cookware set, the entire set must be returned.
• If you purchased bundle products, all items in the bundle must be returned when requesting a return.
• If you purchased products under a promotion and decide to return any item from that purchase, the entire promotional order must be returned.
• If you placed a Cash on Delivery order and wish to return it, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please update your bank details in your profile and contact 01034550009 to request a refund.
• For bank installment plans, ValU, and Premium orders, the entire order must be returned; partial refunds are not accepted.
• Each shopper is allowed to submit one return request only.
